shipping policy
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and will be shipped via USPS. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Once your order is processed please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. Tracking information will be provided once your item is shipped.
Please be aware that once a tacking number has been provided and your package(s) has left our distribution office, we are not responsible for damaged package(s). We are not liable for lost or stolen package(s) CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the USPS.
We are not accountable for delivery delays due to weather or mishandling by carrier. We are not at fault for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. If a package is returned to Lab of Lashes due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost.

As stated in our store policy all sales are FINAL!
